Third Country Export

We provide complete guidance on Third Country Exports. When Indian exporter get export order where the product is to be procured from overseas country and same is to be supplied directly to a third country buyer without cargo landing into India. Thus cargo is shipped directly from procuring country to buyer’s country.

This involves two way documentation, one for imports and other for exports, including changing (switching) bill of lading and certificate of origin while cargo is in transit.

Since the cargo is not touching India, there will not be any customs formalities in India like filing bill of entry for import and shipping bill for export. We provide consultancy in exim documentation to meet FEMA guidelines in such transactions.
