Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)
We assist in identifying and obtaining RCMC from the concerned Export Promotion Council (EPC). RCMC is a must to take benefit of any incentive scheme offered by DGFT.
The Legal Metrology Registration Certificate
We assist in preparation of application to obtain The Legal Metrology Registration Certificate. Registration with Department of Legal Metrology is required for retail sale of all packaged commodities imported in India.
Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) Registration Certificate
Food and medical equipment using ionising radiation technology (example: – X-ray equipment etc.) need prior approval from AERB for import and use in India. We assist in obtaining approval for procurement from AERB.
FSSAI License (Food Product Import)
FSSAI License is required for import and manufacture of food products in India. There are certain regulations set by FSSAI that need to be followed by the industry. We assist in obtaining FSSAI license and any amendments thereof.
There is a specific requirement of labelling on food package. We assist in preparing the labels as per FSSAI regulations.
