The Special Valuation Branch (SVB) department is a unit under the Indian Customs that investigate matters related to valuation of imported goods in case of Related Party Transactions. We handle valuation matters with SVB Department in Mumbai region, for imports from Related Supplier.
We handle all matters related to SVB which include preparation of application for registration, liaison for issue of SVB Intimation Report for acceptance or percentage loading on invoice value for the purpose of assessment of bill of entry.
Pending finalization of SVB matter, all bills of entry are assessed provisionally. Upon finalization, all provisionally assessed bills of entries need to be assessed finally. We provide services for final assessment and refund of revenue deposit, if any collected at the time of provisional assessment of bills of entries.
